State Court
Texas Supreme Court is now posting briefs in granted cases on its website.

Federal Court
U.S. Supreme Court briefs from both the current Term and past Terms are available through FindLaw by clicking here.

The Fifth Circuit has downloadable sample briefs available at its website, which can be used as "shells" for briefs. The court also has sample briefs, including reply briefs and a brief on rehearing, available here in PDF format.
