The SBOT Appellate Section celebrated the life of Russell Hugh “Rusty” McMains at the 2009 Annual Meeting at 4:50 p.m. at the Four Seasons in Austin. This tribute is based on the eulogy delivered at Rusty’s funeral in Corpus Christi, Texas, on July 2, 2009, by his friend, William J. Chriss.
