These presentations would be of particular interest to lawyers with cases transferred to a court of appeals outside the venues usually visited by them. These presentations could then be webcast on the State Bar website. The Committee hopes to develop a "standard" presentation that could be replicated easily by all the courts of appeals, and that would involve a mix of court staff, previous briefing attorneys, and local practitioners.
