Being approved to post to the forums

You must be a member of the Appellate Section of the State Bar of Texas to post to all forums. Once you have registered as a user, go to the User Control Panel (the link is in the upper left corner of the window, just below the 'Board Index' link which is immediately below the State Bar Seal). In the User Control Panel, click on the 'Usergroups' tab. Under the header 'Non-Memberships,' select the 'Section Members' group by clicking on the circle on the right in the 'Select' column. 'Join Selected' should appear in the drop down box under the list of sections. Click the 'Submit' button. You should get a response screen that tells you that you have applied for membership in the 'Section Members' group. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. Once you receive that email, you will be able to post to the forums. We will make every effort to approve requests as quickly as possible.
